Supporting Developmental Milestone Achievement
In the first few months, our program focuses on promoting sensory exploration and building trust through bonding activities such as eye contact and gentle touch. As babies progress, we encourage tummy time to develop core strength and facilitate motor skills like rolling over and eventually crawling. Our curriculum emphasizes language acquisition through babbling and simple interactions, while also nurturing cognitive development through the introduction of toys and activities that stimulate problem-solving and object permanence. With a keen eye on each child's unique pace and needs, we strive to create a safe and stimulating environment where every little one can thrive.
Frequent Monitoring
At Little Wild Ones Academy, we prioritize the holistic development of every child by offering constant monitoring by certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs). The Co-Owner of Little Wild Ones is a certified speech-language pathologist and owner of Little Expressions Therapy here in Conway. Our dedicated team conducts routine screenings and comprehensive assessments to ensure that each child is achieving their developmental milestones. What sets us apart is our commitment to early intervention; should any concerns or potential delays arise, our teachers receive specialized training from these experts to provide targeted support and interventions. This proactive approach distinguishes us from other childcare facilities, ensuring that every child receives the individualized attention they need to thrive.
