   A: Our childcare center operates from 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.

   A: We welcome children from birth(6 weeks) to 5 years old into our childcare center.

3. Q: What is your curriculum like?
   A: Our curriculum is carefully crafted using developmental principles to tailor activities for each age group, ensuring a holistic approach to early childhood education. We prioritize age-appropriate activities that stimulate growth and development in key areas such as social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains.

4. Q: How do you ensure the safety of the children?
   A: The safety and well-being of the children are our top priorities. We maintain a secure environment with trained staff, regular safety inspections, and adherence to safety protocols.

5. Q: What qualifications do your staff members have?
   A: Our staff members are highly qualified and undergo thorough background checks. They are trained in early childhood education, CPR, first aid, and other relevant certifications. All lead teachers have college level training in early childhood education or a related field. 

6. Q: How do you handle medical emergencies?
   A: In the event of a medical emergency, our staff members are trained to administer first aid and follow our established procedures. Parents are notified immediately, and if necessary, emergency services are contacted.

7. Q: Is the facility allergy free?
A: While we strive to create a safe and accommodating environment for all children, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free facility. We take allergies seriously and work diligently to minimize risks, but it's essential for families to communicate any specific concerns or dietary restrictions to ensure the well-being of their child while in our care.

   A: We believe in positive reinforcement and guiding children towards positive behavior through gentle redirection and encouragement. Our goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where every child feels respected and valued.

10. Q: What is your enrollment process?
    A: To enroll your child, please contact us to schedule a tour and learn more about our program. Once you decide to enroll, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork and guide you through the enrollment process.
